New Jersey Multiple Listing Service & the Garden State Multiple Listing
Service. This assures you exposure to thousands of Realtors. Every member
co-operates, it is to your advantage to have your home on the MLS. Your home
will be advertised in one of the following publications: Bergen Record, The
Town Journal, Harmon Homes, Pinnacle and Unique magazines.
- Internet exposure: Your home will be listed on

Site (including a color photo) until it is sold. Also, it will be on my own
website (with a color photo), the NJ MLS website which is linked to
Realtor.com, the site for
the National Association of Realtors (412 million hits per month!) and Harmon
Homes.com.
